Hello, I'm Jackie Taylor, my husband and I are the founders of our paranormal group, "Eye" S.P.I.
Stateline Paranormal Investigations. To tell you a little about myself. I've been interested in the concept of a spirit world or our loved ones visiting us ever since I was a child. My oldest sister and I shared this in common and even though she was much older than me, we were always sharing our beliefs and experiences w/the paranormal. My mother is very sensitive although she tried to downplay it around us. My sisters and brother knew we had a close "psychic like" (I hesitate to use the psychic word because it's so over used and brings to mind Gypsies, fortune tellers, crystal balls, and palm readers) bond. We grew up in old houses with strange happenings. So, I guess it is only natural that I came to create a group with my husband that investigates and searches for the within the paranormal realm. After my sister, the one that I had my the bond with was killed back in 1999. I really couldn't avoid it or pretend it might not exist because so many things started happening to me and I really started to get serious about all the science side of the search, and because I already had the feelings and intuitive side. That's when my husband and I started actually putting our own investigations together. Then my daughters started to experience the same bond with me that I had with my mom and my sister. Now my oldest daughter Brittany, is part of our search. I liken my approach of investigating to that of T.A.P.S. I use EMF readers (which includes a K-2 meter), digital recorders,. night vision video, digital and film photography and temperature probes to validate anything I might be personally experiencing at the time. The opposite is true, that sometimes when I am not sensing anything, my equipment might pick up something.
